7th Grade Immunization Requirements

All students entering 7th grade for the 2024-2025 school year will need proof of the Tdap booster shot (tetanus, diphtheria, pertussis - 1 dose) and Varicella (Chickenpox - 2 doses) before they will be allowed to start school.
