Enrollment Information
Hard copy enrollment packets are available in the school office. You also have the option to download and print out the required forms below.
- TK or Transitional Kindergarten: Must turn five between September 2 through April 2 to start classes on the first day of school
- Kindergarten : Must turn five years old on or before September 1st
PLEASE NOTE: Completed packets WITH required support documents**(Birth certificate, shot records & proof of address within our school district) can be dropped off at the school office.
